Women’s Biblical Book Study: “The Broken Way” at Grace Lutheran

Date of Event: Wednesday, April 26, 2017  [Register by April 19]

The community is invited to attend a women’s adult discussion book study of “The Broken Way” by Ann Voskamp at Grace Lutheran Church in Hendersonville. This six-week study will be facilitated by Judy Stoltenberg on Wed. evenings, April 26 through May 31 from 5:45 to 7:15 p.m.

The book description states, “Brokenness doesn’t only find us in the big things-things like illness, hardship, or grief. It also finds us in moments when we feel forgotten or underappreciated, or sense the inevitable change years of living has marked on our hearts. How do we walk in a way that both glorifies Jesus and bears witness to our weakness? You’ll be encouraged by author Ann Voskamp’s thoughts on how God takes flawed and imperfect sinners, redeems us, and makes us useful in his kingdom.”

To join the class, please register in advance by Wed., April 19 with Sue Filson, 828-693-4890 X304 or by enrolling online at http://bit.ly/brokenway.  The cost for the book for this study is $12 and is due by April 19.
